NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 5:45 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 540 State Highway 11C, Winthrop, New York. The purpose of this public hearing is for review and adoption of proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2024, as follows:

LOCAL LAW NO. 3 OF THE YEAR 2024
BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Stockholm, County of St. Lawrence, State of New York, this Local Law No. 3 of the year 2024 pertaining to the Town of Stockholm, Winthrop Sewer District, amending a certain provision of Local Law No. 3 of the Town of Stockholm of the year 1990, and most specifically Section (2), Subdivision (b) thereof, to provide an increase in sewer rents and charges pertaining to one unit as defined therein from the present $272.00 per year, and authorizing the imposition of such charges at the rate of $392.00 per year per unit commencing in 2025.
This Local Law No. 3 of the year 2024 will be effective upon the filing of this local law with the Secretary of State as provided by law.
