Chad resides on State Highway 11B, with his wife Joann and their five children.  He is a Certified Financial Planner and also teaches at SUNY Canton and Clarkson University.  Chad grew up in the North Country; left the area for a brief time and returned here after marrying to raise their children.

​Robert lives in Winthrop, with wife Debbie.  They have two sons, Ryan and Connor, and a daughter Molly. He is a retired Operations Supervisor with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.

Robert was first elected in November, 1990 and has served in multiple areas, including Highway, Recreation, Sewer, Senior Citizens Buildings, and Health. He serves the taxpayers and wants to help community residents enjoy living in the Town of Stockholm.

​Jedidiah was elected in November 2023 to begin his four year term on January 1, 2024.  Jedidiah is a lifelong resident of Winthrop, where he is currently raising a family and he owns multiple businesses in the town.  He is a member of the the town's recreation and highway committee and plans to bring a younger view point and business experience to the board. Jed is trying to get a recreation center going in the West Stockholm area and also trying to bring things to do in our small town.

​​Nancy raises beef and chicken here on part of her family farm, with her husband Dave. She retired from being a school bus driver for St. Lawrence Central in 2022.  She has been a board member since 2011 and has served on the Cemetery & Health Center Committee's.

• Clark Decker

​Clark and Nancy Decker live and work on their family farm in West Stockholm that has been in his family for generations.  Clark was a board member then elected to Town Supervisor, retired and came back as a board member.  He has been on many committees including Highway and most recently, Community Development. He is looking to grow small businesses in our town and bring a diverse amount of things to do here. ​​

• FOIL requests are done through the Town Supervisor (Beginning 12/9/2025) via email or mailed to the Municipal Building at 540 State Highway 11C, Winthrop, NY 13697 - a requst for one record (only records can be FOILED, not questions).  One record request at a time - FOIL POLICY  -
• New FOIL OFFICER IS Chad Colbert, Town Supervisor and Appeals Officer has defaulted to the Town Board.
• Registrar of Vital Statistics - Maintains a record of all births

*audience members can only address the board. The board will achknowledge your concern but are not required to answer at that moment
*Audience members will not talk over the board
*Audience members will get one warning
*2nd incident, the audience member will be asked to leave
​*Should they choose not to leave, the town officials will charge them with criminal trespass
